Refund Policy
THE CANDY JUNCTION maintains a strict no-return policy for candy or food items.
Claims for missing or damaged items require an unboxing video of the package.
Once orders are shipped, cancellations or refunds are not possible.
In case of incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers, cancellations are permitted with an 18% restocking fee, plus an AUD 15 fee for redelivery. This restocking fee accounts for payment processing, labour, and product availability.
All sales are final, and only order items can be edited before shipment. P.O. BOXES are not accepted for shipping (we have mentioned this on the checkout page).
We do not accept returns for any orders.

While we strive for accuracy in displaying product colours and images, we cannot guarantee exact colour representation due to variations in computer monitor displays.
We reserve the right to limit product or service sales to specific individuals, regions, or jurisdictions as needed. Quantity limits may also apply, and product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.
We do not guarantee that purchased products, services, or information will meet your expectations or that service errors will be corrected.

THE CANDY JUNCTION holds no responsibility for products damaged due to weather conditions or shipping mishaps. Please note that chips, particularly Lays, are highly susceptible to damage during transit.
In warm weather conditions exceeding 28°C (82°F), chocolate products like Munch may experience slight melting during shipping. We regretfully cannot be held liable for any damage caused by temperature fluctuations during transit. By purchasing these chocolates, you acknowledge and accept the risk of melting.
